Case Manager

Wagner & Bloch Case Managers support attorneys and oversee the case management process at our firm.

About the position:

We currently have a full-time, Case Manager position available in our Blue Ash office. This office is centrally located and has free parking.

Wagner & Bloch Case Managers support attorneys and oversee the case management process at our firm. They organize and maintain case files, help manage caseload requirements, and assist in drafting legal documents and case summaries. Case Managers have regular contact with clients and serve as the liaison to the firm and attorneys. Case Managers work directly with attorneys and also work and cross-train with established Case Managers and staff.

While no formal education is required, interest or educational background in social work, legal studies, paralegal studies, project management, or social sciences is preferred. A desire to learn is always welcome.

Strong writing skills, professional verbal and written communication, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (all platforms), email and other internet-based systems is required.
