Deborah L. McPartlin practices exclusively in the area of family law. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from DePauw University and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law. During law school, she served as law clerk for the Honorable Judith A. King (Ret.) in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas Domestic Relations Division. She has extensive experience with family law and has represented clients in a number of matters, including collaborative law, divorce, negotiated dissolution, legal separation, annulment, prenuptial agreements, child custody cases, child support cases, spousal support cases, and appellate cases. Deborah was recently named a 2016 Super Lawyers Rising Star. She has researched and contributed to articles and chapters for the Ohio State Bar Association and Sowald Morganstern Domestic Relations Law.

Deborah is a certified Cincinnati family law mediator and trained collaborative practitioner in the state of Ohio. She is licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky. She is also a member of the American Bar Association (Family Law Section), Ohio State Bar Association (Family Law Committee), Kentucky Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association (Domestic Relations and Juvenile Law Committees), the Cincinnati Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She is also a regular speaker at Second Saturday, a divorce workshop session for women. Most recently, Deborah was selected as the secretary for the Family Law Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association.
